Our Story
Strut to Success, Inc. was founded on the belief that every woman deserves the tools, confidence, and community to boldly step into her future. What began as a vision inspired by one powerful message, that every woman should own at least one pair of black patent leather pumps, has grown into a mentorship movement.

Through our programs, we provide young women and girls with access to mentorship, leadership development, and personal growth opportunities that build resilience, confidence, and community connection. From our Black Patent Leather Pump Mentorship Program to our empowerment workshops and community initiatives, we are creating a pipeline of strong women who will strut with purpose in every stage of life.

Meet Our Founder
Strut to Success, Inc. was founded by Danielle Willis, a social worker, entrepreneur, and community leader dedicated to empowering women and uplifting her community. Inspired by her own journey of resilience and by the mentorship she received as a young woman, Danielle created Strut to Success to ensure the next generation of women have the tools, support, and sisterhood they need to thrive.

As a business owner, mentor, and advocate, Danielle has committed her life to creating opportunities for women to rise, lead, and succeed. Through Strut to Success, she merges her professional expertise with her passion for service, helping women step confidently into their purpose one strut at a time.
